Pavilion was originally designed in 2018 by the duo Andersen & Voll for The Langelinie Pavilion, located on the grounds of Kastellet Castle in Copenhagen.
The pavilion built in 1885 that inspires this chair is a symbol of resistance.
Taking this idea as a starting point, the designers have created a series of seats with a clean aesthetic and prepared for continuous use.
The Pavilion's design gives great room to use, and both the curved seat and backrest nestle the entire body when in use resulting in maximum comfort.
Pavilion is made with a frame of curved steel tubes and a seat and back in molded wood veneer finished in PU lacquer to protect it from stains.
All chairs have an injection molded plastic tray under the seat, to allow them to be stacked in a more secure and comfortable way.
Pavilion is made to order and the estimated delivery time may vary from 2 to 4 weeks for black finishes and 8 to 10 weeks for brass finishes.
