The Japanese word Hashira means pillar in Japanese and, starting from this simple and basic form of architecture, Norm Architects have designed a series of luminaires with simple lines and an elegant character.



Hashira's shade is inspired by classic Japanese lanterns and blinds that gently diffuse light.

The circular base in steel accentuates the organic character of the lamp.



Hahira includes a 200cm textile cable with a dimmer switch.

Hashira's lampshade is made of linen.
