Designed by Jaime Hayón for &Tradition in 2015, Formakami, comprises a series of table and pendant lamps inspired by the classic Asian paper lantern.
Jaime Hayón has managed to update this lighting classic and seamlessly merge east and west.
The great dimension, together with the contrasts of color and material make Formakami a distinctive piece of lighting that does not leave you indifferent.
Formakami is made by hand. The lampshades are made of paper and both the central and upper rings are made of black stained oak. In addition Formakami JH18 is equipped with a light regulator, allowing the ambient lighting to be adapted.
You can find Formakami in a wide variety of sizes and shapes. Use them separately or together to create a greater impact.
Formakami JH18 includes a 200cm black textile cable and does not include light bulbs.
Formakami JH18 is compatible with E27 bulbs from A++ to E and maximum 60W. The use of two bulbs is necessary.
Formakami JH18 is made to order, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 6 weeks.
