CARL HANSEN & SØN

Carl Hansen & Søn comenzó en 1908, cuando el ebanista danés Carl Hansen abrió un pequeño taller de muebles en la isla danesa de Funen. A lo largo de los años, el éxito de la empresa familiar se ha basado en dos ideas fundamentales: un compromiso inflexible con la mejor artesanía y alianzas con diseñadores excepcionales que reinventan y refinan continuamente el concepto del diseño moderno. Durante más de 100 años, la empresa se ha especializado en proporcionar una artesanía de muebles excepcional que da vida a conceptos de diseño visionarios. Y, aunque muchas cosas han cambiado en Carl Hansen & Søn a lo largo de los años, los fundamentos son los mismos.  La cooperación entre Carl Hansen & Søn y Hans J. Wegner comenzó en 1949 y fue un punto de inflexión para los dos.
