Shipping policy
Items will be dispatched once your order has been confirmed and payment has been received in the manner described under “Payment Methods”.
We will first send you an email confirming your purchase and assigning you an order number.
At Castroseis, we take great care with our products to ensure their high quality. We aim to deliver as quickly as possible; however, as most items are made to order, delivery times may vary depending on the specific order.
The delivery time indicated for our products is an estimate and may vary due to delays on the part of the supplier; these delays shall not constitute grounds for cancelling the order, as production is already underway.
All our products include free delivery on mainland Spain for all purchases over €50. For purchases under €50 or outside mainland Spain, the delivery charges are as follows:
- Delivery charges for Spain and Portugal: €5.95
- Delivery charges for the Balearic Islands: from €8.95
- Shipping costs for Europe Zone 1 (Germany, France, Monaco, Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Poland, the Czech Republic and Switzerland): from €14.95
- Shipping costs for Europe Zone 2 (Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Romania, Serbia and Sweden): from €29.95
We do not deliver to islands, with the exception of the Balearic Islands.
Delivery is free for the Balearic Islands and Europe Zone 1 on orders over €120, with the exception of all products in the furniture category, for which delivery is free on orders over €1,200.
There is another collection option available only in Spain: Service Point Delivery, which costs €4.95 for mainland Spain, free for orders over €50. For the Balearic Islands, the cost is €7.95, free for orders over €75.
Collection from the castroseis shop in A Coruña (Spain); in this case, there are no delivery charges.

castroseis does not guarantee the availability or delivery times of the products offered on www.castroseis.com, except for those products where availability is expressly stated (products in stock), marked with the message EXPRESS DELIVERY. The delivery time for these products is between 24 hours and 7 days, depending on the area and type of delivery.
Delivery times apply to items in stock and orders placed Monday to Friday before 10:00 am. For orders placed at weekends or after 10:00 am, the delivery period begins on the next working day, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery will be made to the address and in the name of the person provided during the purchase process. Before you place your order, we will inform you of the expected delivery details. Orders will be considered delivered once the customer has signed the goods receipt document. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the condition of the parcel and to report any issues, such as damage to the packaging or discrepancies between the contents and the items purchased.
If you detect any damage to the delivery or any other issues, these must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. To do so, you may contact us by replying to any of the emails received during the purchase process, or via any of the methods we provide, such as the contact form, telephone, or WhatsApp. You must specify the issue with your order and attach photos of the outer packaging where the label is visible, as well as as many images as possible to document any damage or error.
It is the customer’s responsibility to receive their delivery. At Castroseis, we will do our utmost to ensure the delivery is as convenient as possible for the customer, but we cannot guarantee that the courier companies will be able to deliver within a specific time slot, as this often depends on delivery routes and locations.
Occasionally, the courier returns undelivered orders to our premises because the recipient was not present at the postal address indicated on the parcel, or because the postal address was incorrect, and we were unable to make contact by any means. In such cases, our company will notify the customer of this issue to arrange a new delivery with the correct postal address confirmed. In this instance, as a new delivery must be arranged, payment must be made in advance.
In the event of a new delivery due to an error in the customer’s address, delivery charges will also be charged again.
If the customer is not present at the delivery address on several occasions, the courier company will redirect the parcel to a collection point, usually with extended opening hours, where the parcel can be collected. If the customer refuses delivery, fails to collect the parcel from the collection point within a few days of it being deposited there, and the parcel is returned to our premises, they must bear the cost of a new delivery, should they wish to proceed, or the delivery charges will be deducted from the refund due to them, in accordance with the prices indicated for non-free deliveries.
Should the user fail to respond to our notifications, we will retain the parcel at our premises for a maximum of 3 months. After this period, the parcel will be destroyed.
Please note that products in the “Furniture” category and its subcategories are delivered via a door-to-door service to the street level. This does not include carrying the goods to a different floor, unpacking or assembly.
