The Flowerpot lamp became synonymous with the Flower Power movement of the late 1960s. It was a cultural moment that broke with convention and embraced a more modern mindset, with peace and harmony as central ideas.

Verner Panton embodied this spirit in the Flowerpot series, leaving traditional lighting behind with a design featuring rounded shapes and colour that, since its original creation in 1968, has become a timeless icon that continues to set trends.

Flowerpot VP10 is the pendant version of the original design. Its two shades, placed in parallel, reflect the light between them to create a diffuse and pleasant lighting, ideal over a dining table, a kitchen island or as a focal point in any room. It is available in a wide variety of colours to suit different styles and environments.

Fundada en 2010 por Kombek Hansen, &Tradition, es una marca de mobiliario, iluminación y objetos de diseño. La filosofía de la marca es ofrecer diseño de alta calidad con piezas de uso cotidiano “tradición ligada a la innovación”. La colección de la marca incluye piezas diseñadas desde los años 30 hasta la actualidad, tanto de reconocidos diseñadores como jóvenes creadores.  Desde su creación la marca danesa ha conseguido ofrecer piezas icónicas del diseño escandinavo, muchas de ellas prácticamente imposibles de adquirir anteriormente; desde la serie Flowerpot de Verner Panton, con diseño original de 1971, a el emblemático Mayor Sofa, diseñado para Søllerød City Hall por Arne Jacobsen y Flemming Lassen. La colección de &Tradition mezcla a la perfección el pasado con el presente y la unión de los mejores diseñadores del siglo pasado junto a los diseñadores más destacados de la actualidad dando como resultado un mundo de piezas distintivas, y de alta calidad.
