PETRA VB3

Petra by Viggo Boesen was initially presented in 1938 at the annual exhibition of the cabinetmakers' guild in Copenhagen, later winning prizes at various exhibitions in New York and Berlin.

The Petra VB3 design is based on the designer's original drawings made in 1930.

Petra is one of the few designs by architect Viggo Boesen, associated with the distinctive design aesthetic of Denmark in the 1930s called the Funkis style.

This iconic piece is capable of fitting into all types of spaces, interiors and environments.

The open and enveloping design embodies the essence of an armchair providing maximum comfort when in use and giving flexibility when sitting.

Both the structure and the legs of Petra are made by hand. Its structure is made of ash covered with CMHR foam and its legs in oak or walnut.

Petra is made to order and the delivery time can vary from 2 to 4 weeks.

You can find it in three fabric options:

• Karakorum 003 (42% wool, 33% viscose, 24% cotton, 1% polyamide)
• Sheepskin (100% sheepskin with 50mm thickness)
• Sheepskin Sahara (100% sheepskin with 17mm thickness)
