Conceived in 1987 by Santiago Roqueta in collaboration with the Santa & Cole team, the piece consists of a birchwood cylinder supported by a heavy metal base finished in bronze or nickel. Its structure supports a carefully selected range of shades made from ribbon or stitched card, casting a cosy light that transformed the design landscape of the time.

A timeless and versatile light fitting that also features an optional wider stabilising disc to ensure maximum stability in public spaces or communal areas. This design was created by Santiago Roqueta and the Santa & Cole Team.
