The Bellhop Unplugged by Flos, conceived by renowned designers Edward Barber and Jay Osgerby, is a portable direct-light table lamp that has become a true icon of contemporary design.

Originally designed in 2016 as a bespoke piece for the Parabola restaurant and the members’ lounge at the Design Museum in London, its silhouette evokes the warm glow of a modern candle through its distinctive bell-shaped diffuser. Its name pays homage to the classic hotel bellboy, reflecting a versatile, service-oriented spirit that adapts to any setting.

Crafted from injection-moulded polycarbonate with a photo-etched opal diffuser, it features a push-button switch on the base that allows the light intensity to be adjusted across four levels and the colour temperature set to three different settings. It also features a battery indicator, offers up to 24 hours of battery life and has an IP54 rating, making it suitable for outdoor use.
