Informal and functional, the Asserbo series was created by Børge Mogensen in 1961 to furnish his private holiday home.

The Asserbo backrest is made for the bench in the series. The rounded design in solid FSC™ certified, dark oiled eucalyptus, with exposed brass screws, attaches to a wall to provide back support when seated.

An excellent example of people-oriented design, Børge Mogensen's Asserbo bench demonstrates the Danish designer's functional and formal approach. 

Available with a fixed or wall-mounted backrest, as well as fabric cushions, the customizable design has a warm and welcoming expression.
