RIVET TYPECASE
Rivet, designed by Jonas Trampedach for FRAMA, is made up of a series of storage and auxiliary units made of untreated aluminium.
The Rivet design is a symbiosis between craftsmanship and industrial production.
Based on the traditional hand-riveted construction technique, the Rivet series is made from laser-cut raw aluminum sheets, which are then joined together by hand using a basic hammer tool.
Rivet is handcrafted and this makes each piece unique.
Due to the nature of untreated aluminium, the surface may have natural irregularities, and in addition the material will acquire a unique patina over time thus giving the product a distinctive character.
