The 9602 floor lamp, also known as the “Chinese Hat”, was designed by Paavo Tynell in 1935 for the Aulanko Hotel.

9602 is characterized by its elegant lampshade and covered wicker base, showing the unlimited imagination of the designer and his unparalleled ability to create designs of lasting beauty.

Like all Paavo Tynell designs, 9602 marries a traditional aesthetic with a modern sensibility and the use of polished brass as the star material.

The polished brass details visually unite the different elements of the elegant floor lamp and create a delicate contrast with the rattan.

9602 includes a 200cm fabric cable and requires an E27 bulb.
