Designed by Marc Morro for the furniture manufacturer Trenat, the Campos chair is a contemporary reinterpretation of the iconic traditional Mediterranean chair.

Backed by a family heritage spanning more than 130 years dedicated to working with plant fibres and basketry, Trenat revives the authenticity of traditional craftsmanship whilst maintaining its high-quality materials and production process.

In this version, the dimensions and proportions have been subtly refined to provide greater comfort, lightness and a refined aesthetic that fits naturally into contemporary interior design.

The piece is available in two finish options for its wooden frame: varnished poplar, which offers a warm, protected tone, or natural, unvarnished pine, which highlights the purity of the natural wood grain.

Both the seat and the backrest strip are finished with meticulous hand-weaving using natural cattail. An honest and essential design that celebrates local manufacturing and the nobility of everyday craftsmanship.
