The TMD table lamp by Santa & Cole, designed in 1996 by Miguel Milá, evolved from his iconic TMM model to adapt effortlessly to desks and counters.

Milá replaced the wooden frame with a metal shaft and swapped the cross-shaped legs for a circular base with a smaller footprint. The piece retains the functional essence of the original through an O-ring system that allows the shade to be adjusted to the desired height, as well as the characteristic on/off mechanism achieved by gently tugging the cable.

Its white cardboard shade rotates freely on its axis to direct the light, whilst a subtle metal ring holds the cable, guiding it harmoniously along the structure.

This piece was designed by Miguel Milá for Santa & Cole.
