Polyethylene is one of designer duo Muller Van Severen's favorite materials, and these cutting boards are proof of that.
Muller Van Severen planned to simply create a sculpture out of this material, calling it homage. Along the way, the sculpture became functional.
The result is a set of overlapping cutting boards that can be hung on the wall. Due to the organic shapes of the boards, the set forms an interesting contrast that at first glance looks like a sculpture.
