Little Petra VB2 is an iconic armchair with a modest scale and an enveloping character; it is surprisingly compact and fits naturally into all kinds of spaces, interiors and settings.

Its open, welcoming silhouette embodies the essence of the armchair, offering a sense of being embraced and great flexibility when sitting. The frame and legs are handcrafted, with an ash frame covered in CMHR foam and legs available in oak or walnut, a combination that balances comfort, quality and presence.

First presented in 1938 at the annual exhibition of the Copenhagen Cabinetmakers’ Guild, Little Petra went on to win awards at various exhibitions in New York and Berlin. The design of Little Petra VB2 is based on the original drawings by Viggo Boesen from 1930. It is one of the architect’s few designs associated with the Danish aesthetic of the 1930s known as the funkis style.
