The contemporary Neoseries are facsimile editions of recent works produced in direct collaboration with practising artists.

Each piece supports their artistic practice, freeing them to explore rather than repeat, and bringing contemporary art into everyday spaces.

Klas Ernflo’s work is an intriguing visual puzzle, the result of a process that is both spontaneous and introspective. Trained in graphic design, he employs the flat use of colour through inks and draws inspiration from artists such as Claes Oldenburg.

His work is characterised by the decontextualisation of everyday objects, the questioning of their forms, the play of colour and a humorous take on our relationship with them.

His close connection with nature during his childhood in Sweden and his interest in craft techniques such as patchwork, ceramics and woodwork endow his pieces with a deeply tactile and poetic dimension.
