The CH37 dining chair by Hans J. Wegner is crafted with great attention to detail in a simple and functional design. This 1962 design demonstrates the influence that the principles and craftsmanship of American Shaker furniture had on Wegner's work.

The legs of the CH37 taper slightly towards the floor and, in the case of the rear legs, also upwards, creating an elegant look. The backrest is much more curved at the top than at the bottom to optimize back support. The overall expression is completed by the hand-woven frame and seat in sturdy paper cord.
