Fragile, designed by Jaume Ramírez for Marset, mixes geometric figures a cone and a sphere that house a cylinder that emits ambient light from below.

With a classic shape and the use of contemporary materials, Fragile is a light sculpture in itself.

The glass reveals not only the light source; it speaks of purity, lightness, and how this design blends into the scene. 

Fragile synthesizes the past and the present. It brings to mind references such as oil lamps that also illuminate from the bottom up or candles; however, its designer uses the language of glass to express the fragility of the contemporary moment. 

Fragile includes a replaceable warm light LED. 

You can find Fragile in various colors.

La historia de Marset Iluminación se remonta a los años 40, época en la que Paco Marset, maestro fundador, inició en un taller el germen del fabricante de lámparas que nacería en los años 70, liderado por la segunda generación. La incorporación de la tercera generación, en los 90, supone también un cambio conceptual, incorporando productos de iluminación innovadores y originales, consiguiendo un equilibrio entre innovación y tradición. Desde entonces Marset ha experimentado un crecimiento admirable, convirtiéndose en un referente del diseño nacional y cada vez más internacional.  Premio Nacional de Diseño 2015. Los diseños de Marset transmiten sensaciones únicas, fruto de la humildad y la pasión por el trabajo diario, buscando siempre objetos bien hechos, que además sean capaces de innovar y sorprender, de emocionar y acompañar. Sus lámparas son, ante todo, productos tangibles capaces de perdurar en el tiempo.
