Tabby Cat, designed by Alessandra Baldereschi for Ichendorf Milano, is a charming collection that brings the curiosity and elegance of the feline world to the contemporary dining table.

Focusing on the art of after-dinner conversation and Eastern cuisine, this series features a set of chopstick and cutlery rests that combine a transparent base with delicate cat figures modelled in everyday poses and full of life.

Each piece is handcrafted from flame-shaped borosilicate glass, combining a unique visual lightness with great durability for everyday use. Supplied in sets of two, the holders serve a practical purpose by keeping chopsticks or cutlery raised off the table, whilst also functioning as small design sculptures that add sophistication and warmth to any evening gathering.

The entire collection is dishwasher-safe; gentle cycles at low temperatures are recommended to preserve the glass’s colour intensity and lustre.

Variants Available in Sets of Two:

• Pair of Black Cats: Set of two holders featuring feline figures in black glass, captured in poses of rest and movement.
• Black Cat and White Cat Combination: A duo with monochromatic contrast, comprising one black and one white feline figure.
• Black Cat and White Cat at Rest Variant: A stylised pair featuring reclining black and white felines, designed to hold cutlery with complete stability.
