Designed in the 1950s by Mathieu Matégot, the series conveys a sense of relaxed luxury, the sea and summer, with pieces that stand out for their light presence and sophisticated character.

The collection includes two dining chairs and a table, united by a very clear common design language: a stainless steel tubular frame with a pronounced curve at the legs, a distinctive feature of Matégot’s style that gives cohesion to the entire set.

Designed to withstand the test of time and varying climates, the chairs’ frame is made of stainless steel. The seat and backrest are upholstered in Udine Limonta, a fabric designed for intensive use both indoors and outdoors, highly light-resistant, mould-resistant and suitable for repeated deep cleaning. Furthermore, thanks to a slight adaptation of the original design, the upholstery can be easily replaced if necessary.

Tropique is available in various colours and finishes to suit different spaces.
