1917 is a contemporary interpretation of the classic 1917 chypre.

Perfumer Kunsthal Aarhus has masterfully taken the main ingredients of the classic French chypre, bergamot, rose, patchouli and oakmoss, and has turned them into a very contemporary unisex fragrance thanks to the incorporation of ingredients such as seaweed and the cedar.

The woody top note of 1917 with green notes makes the perfect bed for the mix of flowers that settles the entire composition.

Finally, the warm notes of patchouli and oakmoss result in an earthy, organic and exquisitely elegant perfume.
