These contracting conditions govern the relationship between: SQUIRREL & FRIENDS S.L. and customers who purchase products through its website.
These terms will be binding from the moment any of the products or services offered on the CASTRO SEIS website are contracted.
The main characteristics of each product are described in their corresponding tabs or sections. (Features, price, offers, discounts, etc.).
The offers will be duly marked and identified as such, conveniently indicating the previous price and the price of the offer.
CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PRODUCTS OFFERED
Our Online Store brings together the main Nordic design brands, niche brands, emerging artists and products made in a responsible way.
Among the products marketed are: Sale of furniture, bags and accessories, perfumes, art and articles for the home and decoration.
CASTRO SEIS is not obliged to indemnify the user or third parties for the consequences of the use of its products, whether direct or indirect, nor is it responsible for the materials with which our products are made.
In all orders, the invoice corresponding to the order will be attached within the package or envelope. If for any reason the invoice is not found together with the shipment, you must notify CASTRO SEIS and we will send it via email.
The articles, colors and materials of our articles to personalize may vary slightly from the samples displayed on the web according to availability, although we will always maintain the highest quality and design characteristics. PURCHASE VALIDATION
Once the purchase has been made and in the shortest possible time, always within 24 hours of the purchase, CASTRO SEIS will send an order confirmation by e-mail. If you do not agree with the data provided in said confirmation, you can request the modification thereof or the cancellation of the contract . If the cancellation is within the accepted assumptions, and its status verified, we will refund the amount of the order, in the same form of payment in which the purchase was made. If the purchase was paid for with one of the following payment methods (PayPal, ApplePay, Google Pay, Microsoft Payments, Klarna or Sequra) 5% of the amount to be refunded will be deducted as management fees.
In any case, communication must be made within 24 hours. from the order confirmation, via email: HELLO@CASTROSEIS.COM and provided that the order has not been made.
SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping will be made once your order has been confirmed and payment is made in the manner described in "Payment Methods".
Before shipping we will send you an email with the purchase confirmation assigning an order number.
At CASTRO SEIS we take care of our products to guarantee their high quality, our delivery times will be as soon as possible, taking into account that most of them are made to order, delivery times may vary depending on the order .
The delivery time indicated on our products is an estimated time and may vary due to delays suffered by the supplier, and these will not be a reason to cancel the product, since manufacturing is already underway.
All our products include free shipping costs, for peninsular shipments, for all purchases over 50€. For purchases less than 50€ or non-peninsular purchases, the shipping costs will be as follows:
- Shipping costs to Spain and Portugal: 5.95€
- Shipping costs to Baleares: from 8.95€
- Shipping costs Europe Zone 1 to Germany, France, Monaco, Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Poland, Czech Republic and Switzerland: from 14.95€
- Shipping costs Europe Zone 2 to Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Romania, Serbia and Sweden: from 29.95€
No shipments will be made to islands, except for the Balearic Islands.
Shipping costs for the Balearic Islands and Europe Zone 1 will be free from 120€, with the exception of all products within the furniture category, for which shipping costs will be free from 1200€ of purchase.
There is another shipping option only available for Spain: Service Point Delivery, which costs 4.95€ for the peninsula, free if it is an order over 50€. For the Balearic Islands 7.95€, free for orders over 75€.
Pick up at the CASTRO SEIS store, in A Coruña (Spain), in this case there are no shipping costs.

CASTRO SEIS does not guarantee the availability or delivery time of the products offered from www.castroseis.com, except for products in which their availability is expressly mentioned (products in stock), marked with the message EXPRESS DELIVERY . The delivery time for these products is between 24 hours and 7 days, depending on the area and type of shipment.
Delivery times apply to items in stock and orders placed from Monday to Friday before 10:00 a.m. For orders placed on weekends or after 10:00 a.m., the deadline begins on the next business day, Monday to Friday except for non working days as bank holidays.
Shipping will be made to the address and to the owner provided in the purchase process. Before you place your order, we will inform you of the expected delivery details. Orders will be considered delivered once the customer signs the courier receipt document. It is their responsibility to verify the condition of the package and possible anomalies due to damage to the material or that the content does not correspond to the items purchased.
If damage is detected in the shipment, or any type of anomaly, these must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment. To do this, you can contact us by responding to any of the emails received during the purchase process, or by any of the means that we make available to you, such as a contact form, telephone, or WhatsApp. You must indicate the issue with your order and attach photos of the outer packaging where the label is visible, as well as all possible images to document possible damage or error.
It is the customer's responsibility to receive their shipment. At CASTRO SEIS we will try to do everything possible so that the delivery is as close as possible to the client's schedules, but we cannot guarantee that the shipping companies will be able to deliver in a specific time slot, often depending on the routes and locations of deliveries.
Sometimes, the shipping company returns to our facilities the orders that they have not been able to deliver, because the recipient of the order is absent from the postal address indicated on the package, or said postal address is incorrectly indicated, and they have not been able to get in touch by any means. In these cases, our company notifies the user of this incident, to process a new shipment confirmed the correct postal address. In this case, when having to make a new shipment, it must be paid in advance. In the case of a new shipment by mistake at the customer's address, shipping costs will also be charged again.
If the customer is not present at the delivered address on one or several occasions, the transport company will refer their shipment to a collection point, usually with longer hours, where their shipment can be collected. We inform you that the shipment of products from the “Furniture” category, and its subcategories, are sent by door-to-door service at street level. Does not include climbing, or carrying them, to different heights, unpacking or assembly.

CONDITIONS AND PAYMENT METHODS
The user / buyer undertakes to pay for the products purchased from CASTRO SEIS in the accepted forms of payment and for any additional amount (including taxes and late fees, as the case may be).

No other payment method is accepted.
The payment is always in advance of 100% of the order and will be sent when we confirm the payment.
VALIDITY OF PRICES AND OFFERS
The products and services offered on the web, and their prices, will be available for purchase while they are in the catalog of products displayed through the web page. Users are kindly requested to access updated versions of the website to avoid pricing errors. In any case, the orders in process will maintain their conditions for 7 days from the moment they are formalized.
RETURNS AND PURCHASE WITHDRAWAL

According to Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal are considered under Article 103.c of the aforementioned law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of:
"Goods made according to your specifications or clearly personalized"
Due to health and hygiene protection reasons, we do not accept the return of unsealed cosmetic products (perfumes, creams, balms, soaps, gels, etc.).
The exception to the right of withdrawal will apply in both cases.

Returns:
We undertake to accept returns and to bear the return costs ONLY in the following cases:
- Submitting one item instead of another
- Defective item (has defects, stains ...) and has not been previously notified / informed.
If the conditions for the return are met:
In compliance with current regulations, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an order in the 2 accepted cases. It will be checked that the state of the product is in normal conditions and that it does not show signs of manipulation.
You will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal in the following cases:
- The product or the packaging is in poor condition
- The product is not complete, accessories are missing or it is tampered with and / or broken
- Missing instructions or any other documentation

- Products with obvious signs of use and manipulation

If the reason for returning an order or part of it is not contemplated in the previous list, we will not refund the amount of the item or the return costs . Example: if the design, color or quality of the article, etc.
CASTRO SEIS will not accept postage due or cash on delivery and in which the shipping or return costs have not been paid.
It is necessary that the product is in perfect condition with all its accessories.
If the return is within the accepted assumptions, and its status verified, we will refund the amount of the order, discounting the transport costs, in the same form of payment in which the purchase was made. If the purchase was paid for with one of the following payment methods (PayPal, ApplePay, Google Pay, Microsoft Payments, Klarna or Sequra) 5% of the amount to be refunded will be deducted as management fees.
The customer must keep the original packaging, because if the product is not returned in its original packaging, the product will suffer a depreciation. We recommend that, in case of returning the product already opened, you replace it very well with all the protections with which we supply it from CASTRO SEIS; You must bear in mind that later it may suffer blows in the transport and if we receive it very damaged we will have to apply an extra cost for said depreciation of the product.
The customer can choose, for the return, between a Discount Voucher, Credit in his user account or the refund of the amount.
The maximum term to receive the amount of a return is 14 calendar days through the payment method used in the order. If after that date you have not received the amount of an accepted return, please contact us via email HELLO@CASTROSEIS.COM.

DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS
Sometimes, we create codes so that you can take a CASTRO SEIS product with a significant discount.

WARRANTY

The guarantee of the articles marketed by CASTRO SEIS is 2 years for private users as provided by Law 23/2003 of July 10, Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods, a period that will be modulated according to the nature of the product in question. The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months from when he became aware of it.
The guarantee will lose its validity in the event of defects or deterioration caused by external factors, accidents, especially electrical accidents, wear and tear, incorrect washing and use not in accordance with the instructions on the Supplier's label.
