These General Conditions, together with the Particular Conditions that may be established, regulate the legal relationship derived from the contracting processes formalized by: SQUIRREL & FRIENDS S.L. and the users of its online store that are provided through the site CASTROSEIS.COM and its associated links, which can be hired by any user as long as comply with all the terms stipulated in these Conditions and in the particular conditions of the different domains.

This document is available at any time for reading and printing on this website, facilitating the request for downloading it from here , as established by R.D. 1906/1999, regulator of Telephone or Electronic Contracting and Law 7/1996, on the Regulation of Retail Trade (modified by Law 47/2000, of December 19) as applicable to the provisions on distance sales in articles 38 and following.

These contracting conditions govern the relationship between: SQUIRREL & FRIENDS S.L. and customers who purchase products through its website.

These terms will be binding from the moment any of the products or services offered on the CASTRO SEIS website are contracted.

The main characteristics of each product are described in their corresponding tabs or sections. (Features, price, offers, discounts, etc.).

The offers will be duly marked and identified as such, conveniently indicating the previous price and the price of the offer.



CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PRODUCTS OFFERED

Our Online Store brings together the main Nordic design brands, niche brands, emerging artists and products made in a responsible way.

Among the products marketed are: Sale of furniture, bags and accessories, perfumes, art and articles for the home and decoration.

CASTRO SEIS is not obliged to indemnify the user or third parties for the consequences of the use of its products, whether direct or indirect, nor is it responsible for the materials with which our products are made.

In all orders, the invoice corresponding to the order will be attached within the package or envelope. If for any reason the invoice is not found together with the shipment, you must notify CASTRO SEIS and we will send it via email.

The articles, colors and materials of our articles to personalize may vary slightly from the samples displayed on the web according to availability, although we will always maintain the highest quality and design characteristics. In case of second orders that are replicas of the first, please take this circumstance into account.

Offers will be marked as such, and will be valid as long as they appear on your screen. Said offers may be modified or canceled without prior notice.

CASTRO SEIS is not obliged to indemnify the user or third parties for the consequences of the use of its products, whether direct or indirect, nor is it responsible for the materials with which our products are made.



PURCHASE VALIDATION

Once the purchase has been made and in the shortest possible time, always within 24 hours of the purchase, CASTRO SEIS will send an order confirmation by e-mail. If you do not agree with the data provided in said confirmation, you can request the modification thereof or the cancellation of the contract .

In any case, communication must be made within 24 hours. from the order confirmation, via email: HELLO@CASTROSEIS.COM and provided that the order has not been made.



SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES

Shipments will be made once your order has been confirmed and payment is made in the manner described in "Payment Methods".

Before we send you an email with the purchase confirmation assigning you an order number.

At CASTRO SEIS we pamper our products to guarantee their high quality, our delivery times will be as soon as possible, taking into account that most of them are made to measure, delivery times may vary depending on the order .

All our products include free shipping costs, for peninsular shipments, for all purchases over 30€. For purchases of less than 30€ or non-peninsular, the shipping costs will be as follows:

- Shipping costs to Spain and Portugal: 4.95€

- Balearic shipping costs: 8.95€

- Shipping costs Canary Islands and Europe: 14.95€

Shipping costs for the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands and Europe will be free from 75€, except for all products within the furniture category, for which shipping costs will be free from 1000€ purchase .

There is another collection option only available for Spain: Service Point Delivery, which has a cost of 3.95€ for the peninsula, free if it is an order over 30€. For the Balearic Islands 6.95€, free for orders over 75€.

Collection at the CASTRO SEIS store, in this case there are no shipping costs.

CASTRO SEIS does not guarantee the availability or delivery time of the products offered from www.castroseis.com, except for the products that expressly state their availability (products in stock). The delivery time for these products is between 24 hours and 5 days, depending on the area and type of delivery.

Delivery times apply to items in stock and orders placed from Monday to Friday before 10:00 am. For orders placed on weekends or after 10:00 am, the period starts from the next business day, Monday through Friday except for holidays. L

Orders will be considered delivered once the customer signs the merchandise receipt document. It is the responsibility of the same to verify the condition of the package and possible anomalies due to damage to the material or that the content does not correspond to the delivery note.

We inform you that the shipment of products from the "Furniture" category, and its subcategories, are sent by door-to-door service at street level. It does not include raising to a different height, unpacking or assembly.

The shipment will be made to the address and to the owner provided in the purchase process. Before you place your order, we will inform you of the expected delivery details.

If your order does not arrive on the scheduled date, please contact CASTRO SEIS Customer Service by phone 981009375 or email HELLO@CASTROSEIS.COM.

If the client does not receive the order within the maximum legal period of 30 days from the confirmation of the order, or the one that has been informed in the purchase process, he can contact you with CASTRO SEIS by sending an email to: HELLO @ CASTROSEIS.COM

On occasions, the transport company returns to our facilities orders that have not been able to deliver, because the recipient of the order is absent from the postal address indicated on the package, or the postal address is incorrectly indicated, and has not been able to get in touch by any means. In these cases, our company notifies the user of this incident, to process a new shipment confirmed the correct postal address. In the event that the user does not respond to our notices, we keep the package at our facilities for up to 3 months. After this period, the package is destroyed.

In the case of a new shipment by mistake in the customer's address, shipping costs will be charged again.



CONDITIONS AND FORMS OF PAYMENT

The user / buyer undertakes to pay for the products purchased from CASTRO SEIS in the accepted forms of payment and for any additional amount (including taxes and late fees, as the case may be).

No other payment method is accepted.

The payment is always in advance of 100% of the order and will be sent when we confirm the payment.



VALIDITY OF PRICES AND OFFERS

The products and services offered on the web, and their prices, will be available for purchase while they are in the catalog of products displayed through the web page. Users are kindly requested to access updated versions of the website to avoid pricing errors. In any case, the orders in process will maintain their conditions for 7 days from the moment they are formalized.



RETURNS AND PURCHASE WITHDRAWAL

Withdrawal is the ability of a consumer of a good to return it to commerce within a legal period, without having to claim or give any explanation or suffer a penalty.

The commercial withdrawal period is 14 days from the moment of receipt of the product.

In the case of products offered by CASTRO SEIS that are made according to customer specifications and / or personalized, THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAWAL OF PURCHASE IS NOT ALLOWED.

According to Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal are considered under Article 103.c of the aforementioned law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of:

"Goods made according to your specifications or clearly personalized"

Due to health and hygiene protection reasons, we do not accept the return of unsealed cosmetic products (perfumes, creams, balms, soaps, gels, etc.).

The exception to the right of withdrawal will apply in both cases.

Returns:

We undertake to accept returns and to bear the return costs ONLY in the following cases:

  • Submitting one item instead of another
  • Defective item (has defects, stains ...) and has not been previously notified / informed.

If the conditions for the return are met:

In compliance with current regulations, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an order in the 2 accepted cases. It will be checked that the state of the product is in normal conditions and that it does not show signs of manipulation.

You will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal in the following cases:

  • The product or the packaging is in poor condition
  • The product is not complete, accessories are missing or it is tampered with and / or broken
  • Missing instructions or any other documentation
  • Proof of purchase and delivery note are not provided
  • Products with obvious signs of use and manipulation
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or is missing parts for reasons beyond the control of the company

  • When the lack of conformity is due to wear and tear due to normal use

In order to start a return process, before making it, it will be necessary to communicate it via email to HELLO@CASTROSEIS.COM where we will indicate the steps so that you can send us the order. We will not accept returns without the prior communication mentioned.

If the reason for returning an order or part of it is not contemplated in the previous list, we will not refund the amount of the item or the return costs . Example: if the design, color or quality of the article, etc.

CASTRO SEIS will not accept postage due or cash on delivery and in which the shipping or return costs have not been paid.

It is necessary that the product is in perfect condition with all its accessories.

If the return is within the accepted assumptions, and its status verified, we will refund the amount of the order, discounting the transport costs, in the same form of payment in which the purchase was made .

The customer must keep the original packaging, because if the product is not returned in its original packaging, the product will suffer a depreciation. We recommend that, in case of returning the product already opened, you replace it very well with all the protections with which we supply it from CASTRO SEIS; You must bear in mind that later it may suffer blows in the transport and if we receive it very damaged we will have to apply an extra cost for said depreciation of the product.

The customer can choose, for the return, between a Discount Voucher, Credit in his user account or the refund of the amount.

The maximum term to receive the amount of a return is 14 calendar days through the payment method used in the order. If after that date you have not received the amount of an accepted return, please contact us via email HELLO@CASTROSEIS.COM.

DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS

Sometimes, we create codes so that you can take a CASTRO SEIS product with a significant discount.

To apply the discounts, all you have to do is enter our online store and buy the product to which that code is associated, once in the purchase process you will be given the option to include the promotional code before making the payment, a Once entered, the discount will be applied to the item immediately.

WARRANTY

The customer is reminded of the existence of a legal guarantee of conformity for the goods, the existence and conditions of after-sales services and commercial guarantees. All the articles marketed by CASTRO SEIS are guaranteed in terms of their quality.

The guarantee of the articles marketed by CASTRO SEIS is 2 years for private users as provided by Law 23/2003 of July 10, Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods, a period that will be modulated according to the nature of the product in question. The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months from when he became aware of it.

The guarantee will lose its validity in the event of defects or deterioration caused by external factors, accidents, especially electrical accidents, wear and tear, incorrect washing and use not in accordance with the instructions on the Supplier's label.

The guarantee will not apply to apparent defects and product conformity defects, for which any claim must be made by the user in question within 7 days of delivery of the products. The warranty will not cover products damaged by improper use.

JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

These Conditions of Use are governed by Spanish law. These Conditions of Use are subject to the provisions of Law 7/1998, on General Contracting Conditions, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, Consumers and Users, Royal Decree 1906/1999, which regulates Contracting Telefónica or Electrónica, to Law 7/1996, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, and to Law 34/2002, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce.

In accordance with article 29 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, contracts concluded electronically in which a consumer intervenes as a party will be presumed to have been concluded in the place where he has his habitual residence.

Electronic contracts between businessmen or professionals and users will be presumed to be held in the place where the service provider is established. In the event of a dispute arising from these general conditions and for the resolution of conflicts, the parties submit, at their free choice, and waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the User's domicile.
